The hotel was set in a super central area close to the castle falls above the town which are free to visit and include a free lift up and very pleasant park overlooking the town from a panoramic height, the train station and the beach and the main shopping street & main railway station. I was surprised at nearby L'annexe Cafe de Turin, they had some goodies, drinks.

Location: the hotel was very close to the center of the main avenues of the city of Nice, both Cannes and Menton and railway station and the bus-stop where an express bus form airport stops. When I am in Nice, I like staying here. Everything is excellent, greatly enjoyed my time here. Make sure you stay in the double room with a balcony and coffee plus the bathroom. The good restaurant with the friendly staff is a nice plus.
